So my husband and I have decided to start eating healthier. Low carb and all that jazz.

Tonight we had this amazing ham and cauliflower casserole. It was so good even the kids ate it!

For dessert we had this amazing kinda healthy dessert. I’ve never made a poke cake before, but after this I was thinking of all the different types of poke cake I could make.
